im surprised they were able to keep both without trading somebody away.

It's not like they don't have any deadwood on the payroll of which to rid themselves in order to
get under the cap.

i am glad they signed them both even though it was a one year deal. Things will work themselves out and i believe the Bruins will work out longer deals with them both

i dont care if they sign krug long term. hes a nice player and really helps on the power play but hes a liability in the defensive zone. i would trade kelly. and find a way to resign boychuck.

I agree, Kelly is awful; one of the Chiapet's worst trades/re-signings.
(Not that he has done anything with his draft picks since Lucuc/Marchand in 2006 anyway.)
