(1) First, right-click on the logo I provided, and choose "copy location."
(2) Click User CP at the left end in the red bar near the top.
(3) In the menu that shows up, choose "Edit Avatar (it'll be about halfway down).
(4) Copy the URL into the appropriate spot on the screen that follows.

It was giving me invalid file but I saved it to my computer and got it that way
