DISCLAIMER: THIS IS IF THE PATRIOTS WIN THE GAME
There is really only one player who will be disrespected this week for not being as flashy as others at his position. All he has done is blown up the league week in and week out, come up huge in every postseason game, and been one of the most clutch players in NFL history. He has never been the reason for playoff shortcomings. He has potentially redefined the position, is coming off an unbelievable season, and yet will consistently be overlooked as a product of the system. But this guy has heart and will like no other. His drive to win this game is greater than any other player on the field, and he knows this might be his last chance.
The term "unstoppable" will be used many times over the next ten days, and yet it will never be used on him. Although he respected, it is always in an almost condescending manner that never truly recognizes his greatness and brilliance. I believe that, of all the players with a chip on their shoulder, this is guy that I believe in the most. He is a hero who has never fully been recognized for his accomplishments. He is a future Hall of Famer who is never mentioned in Hall of Fame debates.
This will be the game that puts him in. He is my prediction for Super Bowl 46 MVP.
Can anyone tell me who this is?
