read on twitter that he was on the dan patrick show and in the directv live look in during a commerical break i guess he took a acouple of shots at the Pats.

I'm not sure whether to take this as sarcasm or not.

Dungy has been throwing the self-righteous barbs at the Patriots for so long now, I initially would assume that there is no way you would be 'surprised' that he's done it again (probably something to the affect of us "running up the score" if I had to guess).

But.. then I also know that's Dungy's reputation as being 'classy'.

Still, his version of 'classy' involves making snide, self-righteous comments out of the corner of mouth filled with sour grapes.

No quotes needed. Just listen to him talk about the Patriots. Us winning by three touchdowns is exactly the type of thing that brings out Dungy's sour grapes. He's been snide about the Patriots ever since he left coaching to become a talking-head.

But it's a matter of opinion. What we Patriot fans see as self-righteous (correctly IMO).. other fans that hate us and who like Dungy aren't going to pick up on it.

Again, I'm just guessing, but I'm positive it was a running up the score comment. He's made his opinions known in the past what he thinks of the Patriots for doing just that.
