For those attending Sunday's game ... The Defense Needs Your Support

So much of playing defense is emotion ... we fans need insure that the joint is rocking Sunday. Lets make this a difficulut place for opposing offenses to play in. We need to be LOUD LOUD LOUD.

That means curtailing your tailgate party a little sooner and getting your butts in the seats when the team comes on the field.

To steal the Seahawks mantra ... we need to be that 12th man on the field!

I doubt the 12th man want to play for the Seahawks anymore anyway ;)

Your heart is in the right place, and I agree with you. But the people who AREN'T cheering loudly at a Pats game, also aren't going to be on a Pats fan messageboard.

You want the fans to be on fire.

I want the players to be on fire.

We have the talent to beat Cinci. It is now a matter of player execution.

I wonder how many people who are going to the game and are active on the board. My guess is around 20-30 max

No kiddin. I don't cuss at all when I'm cheering at teh games yet the last 4 games I've attended, some dood dressed like he's out for a day of golf instead attending an NFL game has told me I was cheering too loud. Each time, the golf-clapping sissy received an education, and I started cheering like every defensive play is the most important the team has ever played. If I cause just one of the khaki-wearin dooshes to sell their season tickets, then my life was well spent.

It's hard enough to refrain from feeding some of these yuppies their teeth with a clear mind, I'm not adding beer to the mix. Besides, getting drunk requires too much time hitting the bathrooms.

The problem is that at Gillette the sound seems to just dissipate in the air. I scream as loud as I can, but it seems like it never really gets loud there.

I think those could get under the skin of a few opposing offenses...

An Idea for you is to have BB call all STH's and leave a message, heard it works well :D

I do say that Muffy and I will gladly partake with our well practiced golf-style hand claps as needed. Just give us red seaters proper notice so we can put down the chablis without spilling a fine vintage needlessly. Please do try to schedule the noise interruptions for times when we're not involved in critical portfolio discussions. Interrupting a polo recap is acceptable given the venue.
