Paperwork is already being filled out at NCAA headquarters for suspensions and revocation of the title. I'm a Umass alum, too, and Calipari is a stain on my school.

Well deserved? You're kidding, right? Two major violations that caused his team's Final Four appearances to be struck off the books? Writing the blueprint for what will be the death of college ball?
Meh. Kentucky were a great team, as any team with four NBA starters ought to be. Fantastic interior defense and they definitely deserved to win the game today, no complaints about that. But Calipari deserves nothing but scorn in my opinion for blackening the beautiful game of college ball.
Proud of my Jayhawks in defeat.
Camby showed up in Amherst for one reason and one reason only: $$$. Top recruit commits to a school that hasn't been heard from since the doctor rolled out?
Then Louis Roe: he was a player, but I remember clearly how no one would touch the kid with a ten foot pole. Suddenly he shows up at UMass.
Actually, it's because Jim Calhoun goofed. thanks for playing the revisionist history game, though.
Why don't you explain how he took the worst division one NCAA team and with only one top 50 recruit (Donta bright, not Camby) went to the sweet sixteen, elite eight and final four.
By the way., that first sweet sixteen was without a player above 6'7".
I hate to break it to you, but according to the NCAA, the University of Massachusetts Minutemen never even entered the tournament (violation of rules, ya know...stricken from the record, thanks coach Cal!)
I guess they didn't win 35 games and beat a team with 8 McDonald's All Americans either. Probably didn't upset North Carolina and Arkansas when they were number one either.
How bout them Sox in spring training, Tune?

No matter to coach Cal though, all he really cares about is the team's graduation rate and academic achievements, I know because I heard him say so just the other day, that's what he is proudest of.
