Truly just lights out. Probably trhe best preaseason he's had as a Patriot.

My hope is that he spreads it around like he did ...Back in the Day. As I see it, this is the deepest corps of weapons he has ever had, when you include the TEs. In 2007, he had short, medium, and deep threats ....Welker, Stallworth, Moss. Last year only short and deep. . With Tate and/or Edelman crossing the middle of the field, Welker doing his thing, and Moss dragging multiple DBs deep, the TEs will be a factor. Personally, I am so high on Edelman and see him as this teams Miles Austin owning the center of the field and breaking tackles. Brady could be huge, especially if they need to toss up 37 points every Sunday.

I expect Moss and Welker will still get a lot of targets, but they should see less targets than they did last year. Maybe even far less. With the amount of weapons in the passing game that we have who can threaten all levels of the field, I don't see any way Brady DOESN'T spread it around. I think we've seen the last of defenses double covering Moss and Welker and shutting this offense down (ala New Orleans in 2009).

I thought last night was good as far as spreading it around. You know he HAd to get a deep ball to Moss to get past last week. But beyond that, he used the options well I thought.
