And Belichick has a lot to say about the offense as well, he is the one who sticks with the offensive philosophy first implemented by Weiss. Heck he meets with Brady every week to talk about the game plan.
And yet, somehow, 3 one and dones and only made it to the big show once in 6 years.Rogers was playing with a torn calf muscle.
Brady is a great QB, the greatest QB of all time. But, we have to be realistic. Rogers is able to do things that Brady is just physically incapable of doing. If Rogers was healthy for that game, the Packers win, and possibly win big. The guy has a cannon for an arm, a quick release, is accurate on the run, and can run with the ball.
He's not gonna do anymore growing. He's 31, at his absolute peak. And judging by how much he gets injured, it will be a stretch for him to make it as long as Brady will.Look Brady in terms of history is a no question, Now if we are talking about today and maybe for the next 5 years, then it can go either way, But Rodgers has nothing but time to still grow and get better, while Brady eventually will start regressing, It will happen, it happens to everyone, we just don't know when.......
Well, there's the whole not-being-able-to-hit-the-side-of-a-barn thing. Plus, his release? Not so hot. Which is why his very best season was pretty mediocre.Michael Vick probably has the greatest skill set of any QB ever. Speed, and arm strength were incredible. Skill sets mean ****. You play to win, after you're done winning we'll discuss stats for tie breakers.

I think you're severely overrating guady regular season stats. Rodgers has had some pretty nice weapons to work with. Plus, he has Lambeau Field as a built in advantage that Brady doesnt have. Take him out of Lambeau and he isn't quite as scary. Do you use the team building and coaching excuse for Manning too?I think you are severely underrating the team building and coaching advantages that Tom Brady enjoys.
I'm not even going to talk about their careers bc it's not even closer
I'll talk about right now howver bc it's an argument: I think today Rodgers can do more than brady as an individual usually from a talent standpoint...however Rodgers even today does not win as efficiently as brady and is not as clutch late in a game as brady
So even though he has more talent as a passer who can scramble, the better QB, even today, is brady
Defense and coaching...DUH.If he can do more than Brady, than how come, even with a better receiving core, he's always sitting at home watching Brady play in conference championships and Superbowls?
I really don't understand these "Rodgers is #1 right now" just because he can run around and throw deep on the move. He also holds on to the ball too long, eats sacks even with good protection, and sucks when his team is behind.
He also took Reche Caldwell to the AFC championship and probably would have taken him to the SB if not for the team being ravaged by the flu in the days leading to the game and thus completely running out of gas in the second half.Yes, I think those factor in for Manning too. Football is a team game and it takes a lot of pieces to fit just right in order to win a superbowl. Brady has had some terrible playoff games and terrible regular season games....just like he has had some great games.
Heck, if Butler does not make the interception in the endzone people are not talking about Brady in the same way. Instead, they are talking about 2 INTs and a 10 point swing. So, I think you need to take a step back and look at this more objectively.

But you could say if Tyree does not make a one in a million catch and WW dosent drop one he should have had.....
You are being objective?
