My first guess is that he's trying to make up for how much visible displeasure he's shown to them.
My second guess is that he's trying to make them care more about him.
But of course that's all minor speculation.
He's talking about the Roloxes they'll all receive from him if they do their job. Doubtful, though, with the slug coaching the line. The guy who insisted on putting Jordan Devey at guard when we have a better player in the guy Dante put in last year, Josh Kline.

Years ago I bought 5 Izod golf shirts from a Manhattan street vendor for $2 each. Really nice, still wrapped in the original plastic wrapping, tags and all. When I got home here and opened them, there was just one problem: they were just shirt fronts, no sleeves or backs. The Beverly Hillbilly goes to the big city...I bought a Rolox on the street in Manhattan for $20 bucks once.

It is about time. The whole offense looks depressed and mopy; I blame Brady's rotten attitude. If he was a rookie, he would be excited and enthusiast about playing; lately he has been a whine-y *****. He used to call the O-linemen "fat cows"; maybe he has softened up.
