This is what Miguel has currently :

"According to my figures the Patriots' 2008 cap figure is $95,793,746 with 46 signed or presumed to be tendered players."

That would put us about $23.6M under but hasn't been updated for Bru/Washington so the $22M or so mentioned by J. Kraft sounds about right.

- the $1.5m difference being the accelerators? or the ERFA tenders out today?

I assumed it was the difference between Bruschi and Washington not being signed when Miguel updated his numbers but being signed when Kraft said $22M. Either way it looks like $20+M is legit; until Moss signs, of course.
 
So, that takes care of the NLTBE/LTBE credits and debits.

That explains Jonathan Kraft saying the Pats are 22.4 million under the cap.
