You could not be more wrong if you crapped on your hand and wiped it on your screen. From someone who watched 95% of the games he played in he will be a Pro Bowl player.
As a Michigan fan I am beyond ecstatic. Silly as it sounds, favorite pick of the draft. Who will have the greatest impact on the 2010 Patriots? That's right Zoltan King of the Punters.
He's no ordinary punter. Have you seen the disaster that has been the Patriots punting situation over the past 10 years? You might not be wanting him now but I guarantee there will be over a hundred posts this season in the game threads complaining about disaster punts going 15 yards. Punts...
You can keep your Griffen, Cambell and McKnight's. Give me the ruler of the world Zoltan Mesko and call it a night. You want to draft a multi time pro bowler tomorrow? You draft Zoltan.
Fixed. I'm not sure how anyone thinks this is a bad signing. Did people just forget that Aiken and Stanback were getting regular snaps last season? Even if all he does is put up Gaffney's 500 yards it's a win.
Re: Steelers ship Santonio to the Jets
You keep going on and on about Cromartie. What does he have to do with them obtaining a 1200 yard WR for a 5th round pick. Face facts. They just got better.
Re: Steelers ship Santonio to the Jets
It's a great move for the Jets. Anyone who doesn't think that is either ******ed or in denial. They are significantly better on offense now. I guess if you want a bright side for the Patriots then look at it this way. The Steelers are worse now.
Yeah it was a blast in 1990 watching them go 1-15. You could sit on the front row for $15. Can we have that again?
Seriously though the price structure for all the sports is out of control not just at Gillette.
For as much grief as the defense takes they put the offense in position to tie or win four games on the last possesion. (@NYJ, @DEN, @IND @MIA) all four times they failed. This was with a healthy Welker. Now take away arguably the best player on the 2009 Pats for an extended period of time...
I distinctly remember during the Baltimore debacle the Pats were having an offensive meeting on the sidelines. It was Faulk not Brady or the coaches who was absolutely going off on everyone. He has always come across as the vocal leader of the offense.
Move up into the top 10 for a RB? Yikes my television is begging for this not to happen. If Belichick has some epiphany and decides to move into the top 10 I would think it's for one of two players.
McClain or Morgan.
Re: Kevin Faulk has no offers from anyone...
Sproles has a 1st and 3rd round tender. He isn't going anywhere. A lot of teams are going to regret not making an offer for Faulk.
