Could Reggie Ragland Fall?

BB worked Ragland out at his pro day.

Does BB trade up for Ragland if he falls into the mid-second? Many have said he's better than Hightower coming out although I don't see that myself but Ragland is certainly well worth a mid 2nd round pick and is certainly insurance against Hightower leaving. And they could comfortably use all three anyway.
