Cowboys are the SNF game this week. Wonder if nbc will act like these pictures never came out.

What pictures? ;)

The NYJFL is blind to videos & photos given right to them on seriously substantive issues, yet finds damning "evidence" in a months old text message on a topic never before taken seriously and an event that the Laws of Physics clearly say didn't happen.

I just find it ridiculous that this woman went on trips across america while the prosecutors where looking for her. Think about that!!! She was on social media leaving all that trail. Come on people!!!!
That all you got, Captain Lamesauce? Quit typing now. You make yourself look more delusional with each simpering post.

I see some here got their panties in a bunch. I clearly never defended hardy's actions. I would be ecstatic if he tored up his knee. I will stand by what i said. If she was such a victim she would screwed the money and put him behind bars but money talks

I seeed bunch panties to and hoped kneed tored up. I tood standed bye victim and screws moneys but shes goes road trip follows grateful dead not persecute Hardy and bruises not so bads.

She was afraid. If she wasn't she could have testified and later filed a civil suit for the money.

Chances are he threatened her, she believed it and took the money.

Why Victims Of Domestic Violence Don’t Testify, Particularly Against NFL Players

She has to choose what was best for her and if she felt like taking the money was the safest alternative then so be it.

Point being is that your cookie cutter "every bad guy goes to jail when the victim testifies" is an overly simplistic view of the issue.

Read the article and you'll find that 70% of the DV cases dropped were because the victim refused to cooperate. It is not unique.

BTW: I doubt she got 10 million.

Nothing surprises me anymore.

I'm revolted and disgusted.

He's not in jail because he can sack the QB.

Ultimately, who is to blame for that?

Thats where the focus of the outrage should be.

He is not in jail because the victim took a cash payment in lieu of testifying against him. I'm not going to judge her--the money is certainly more useful to her than him sitting in jail. But if you want to blame someone for his freedom, she is the logical choice.

Yes.

His financial resources (see NFL) and the lack of intestinal fortitude of the DA also had something to do with it.

I wonder if she makes the same decision if he received a lifetime ban.

Yes the money's more useful then her self dignity.

Actually, he was never going to do time. A fact I'm sure she was well aware of. Instead of participating in a trial and having her character assasinated she took the money and ran.

Hardy had it expunged so he can continue to own guns and if he ever did something like this again he would still be a first-time offender in the eyes of the legal system.

I'm not in any way defending Hardy. He's a scumbag creep. I'm just stating the unfortunate truth.

No, he had already been convicted and received no jail time. That wasn't going to change.

You are coming off as someone who just sounds bitter and jealous that your sister did not get some huge payout while this girl did. I cant see any other reason why you would focus on the payout with that attitude.

Maybe the moral of the story is dont date poor scumbags?

I like how you use your sister's domestic violence issues as your own personal cred for you to **** on other abused women.

Are u naive? Go look at all my statements. Hardy's a pos and should be locked up yet this victim decided it's ok. Hardy's waking free because of her actions
