Kensil

My question is how many other Patriots games he has attended. He has stated he attends 45-50 games a year. Was he there in 2006 (remember, he was still a Jet employee up until early 2006) when the Patriots complained about the Jets filming signals. Was he at the spygate game? Was he there the one and only time that blocking penalty on a kick was called and I'm sure there are plenty others. Is there any way of finding out what games he has actually attended?

The difference with the 2 situations are this. The Patriots handled the Jets filming like men and settled it by sending someone over and telling the Jet staffer to film from another spot. Kensal probably never heard of it because it was handled between the coaches (like it should have been).
With the Jets rat situation, about 5 minutes into the game the saw Randy Moss (1st game as a Patriot) being the freak he is and said holy crap, Brady and Moss , same team. To Magini the schoolboy quickly realized it would be another year the Jesters have no chance at winning this division. Once the score started to get out of hand Mangini being a pissed off sore loser, through a tantrum and cried to league officials (Kensil who is more of a Jets yahoo than Goodell and 1/2 of the ESPN slanderous haters that grew up on Long Island) and straight up ratted out the Pats. Thats all Kensil needed to get back at BB by blowing what is really a location violation out of proportion. Sound familiar hmmmmm psi....footballs??? We should just call them all Excuse-Gates

, what I find most curious is his direct quote from the League Governance website itself about using piped in crowd noise by a team that is "prone to misbehavior". Couldn't be the Colts could it? Funny how nothing ever happened to them. They're not cheaters, right? Just conspirators.

The impact caused by this compared to filming from the field and not 50 feet away in the box and a couple of balls being a few ticks under 12.5 due to weather is night and day. The piped in noise was a big reason why the Colts came back and won the 2006 AFCCC and were then handed the Championship on a silver platter as anyone in the AFC would have beaten them that year. Thats's why I don't consider Pats Colts a rivalry. More like a domination that typically results in an "Excuse-Gate" theory from dominated Colt personnel (and of course fans).

Unlike you I don't try to hijack threads simply for the sake of being repetitive. This thread was about Mike Kensil, not the punishment or anything else you try to use to connect it to Kraft. Talk about your hatred of Kraft all you want in threads about him but still interjecting it into threads that have nothing to do with it. Beyond that I'm not really sure why you care because you don't discuss football at all,

Well, you've successfully hijacked this thread. Kraft's accepting of a penalty does have some bearing in this discussion. If we believe that the NFL is corrupt, and there is a thread about it, then Kraft, through his actions of support for Goodell and his multiple capitulations deserves questioning and ridicule.

I apologize for this discourse between Ivan and myself had to involve you. I van and I had a dispute about the Wells report and it has carried over to my opinion of Kraft. I was responding to a thread concerning the acceptance of punishment which obviously involves Kraft. Ido not and will not start threads about the witch hunt but I will respond.

This has nothing to do with that as I already acknowledged that I was wrong about the Wells Report. I believed that Wells would never risk his reputation to produce a bogus report for the NFL and I thought science, logic, and a complete lack of evidence would exonerate the Patriots, and when it turned out to be just the opposite I acknowledged that and said you and rlcarr were right and I was wrong. At no point however did I claim that the Patriots would be cleared because of Bob Kraft and I was bullsh.t when he took the punishment. And while you have every right to hate Bob Kraft and to say so when it is relevant your need to inject it into discussions where it has no business is garbage and it leads to hijacking of threads. That said I'll leave that here and simply hit the dislike button any time you try to hijack a thread with your agenda.

I was dead wrong on this too. As a science guy I thought it was so obvious that natural forces were at play, not ball boys, and that the league would find this out quickly. My suspicions should have arisen when the "leaks" were never retracted. I underestimated the sordid depth of perfidy infesting the league office.

Fair enough, I will continue to agree with you when you are right in my opinion and disagree when appropriate. However when someone discusses the witch hunt and the penalties involved and accepted, I will comment on the people involved. Aside from that I do not initiate discussions concerning Kraft not do I have any intention to bring my opinions concerning him into other threads. Just read the comment I responded to and you will see what I mean. Enough has been said.

Yep, I was wrong on all counts. I completely underestimated just how corrupt the league office is and how far they would go to frame the Patriots and Brady. The WWE has far more transparency and integrity than the NFL.
