Does anyone think Yee will draft a response to Well's comments?

His response should be this:

I hope so.
I think he should too. If he is directly coming at Yee so angrily there, Yee should come back at him guns blazing. He's been given more ammo after this.

On second thought...a measured response might be better. I'm p/o'd

I don't think he should go guns-blazing; I think he should simply address a couple points and then say "Thanks for doing my work for me Teddy :)"

True lol. I'm just fired up.

Anyone else find it interesting how Yee is being publically goaded by wells and the talking heads on nfl network?

I imagine the longer he holds on to them, the more damage he can do in court.

Uh ... translation? :)

Regardless of which gauge was used, the Patriots footballs appeared to lose around .75 PSI more than the Colts footballs.

Which is true, but he's being disingenuous, or completely ignorant, by making that statement since Exponent's transient curve as well as their simulation expect around .40 PSI differential JUST based on the timing of measurements at halftime alone.

Agreed. Wells should have his own copy of the notes, he could release them himself but he chooses not to and instead goads Yee to do so. Leads me to believe the notes could contain valuable info, but Wells would rather Yee release them now (and blow his load so to speak) instead of saving them for when he can do damage in court.

I believe Yee will say "I'll release those notes when I'm good and ready - when you're across from me in court."

I posted this in another thread ... regarding douchebag Wells.

Here's one from 1998 :
http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-srv/politics/special/counsels/stories/espy100298.htm
Smaltz's comments started a day of rhetorical jabs at the start of Espy's trial on 38 felony charges of corruption in U.S. District Court here, prompting a rebuttal by defense lawyer Ted Wells, who accused prosecutors of stretching the truth to build an unfair case. Although Espy made mistakes, Wells said, he took gifts out of friendship and not to grant favors. "He is not a crook," Wells repeatedly declared.

I hope Yee addresses the whole "he should stop acting like there is some secret in the notes." What an *******. Yee never acted like there was any secret….just a whole lotta context.

Isn't this a tactic? Didn't Goodell pull the "I didn't take notes" crap once before?

I am pretty sure that happened when he re-suspended Ray Rice and accused Rice of lying during his interview. Rice said he didn't lie, Goodell said he did, Goodell had no proof.

Just like we've all been taught in Arbitration 101: The best way to stand by your unbiased, objective report when it comes under criticism, is by further alienating one side by trashing them to the press, acting neurotically defensive, and uttering regretful statements that destroy your own scientific fabrications.

Today has shown why Don Yee has his name on the door and is a professor for for 2 law schools, where as Ted Wells is just another peon for a firm and isn't a professor for any law school.

Whoa! I didn't realize was quite THAT credentialed! No wonder Wells is rattled.

only thing Iam wondering about is if tom is 100% innocent why hasnt he come out and go nuclear yet with his and his family name being dragged through the mud ? Why hide behind lawyer speak when you have nothing to hide?
I suspect he may come out after he officially files his appeal with the league office. Just my hunch. (Heck if Wells can do it, why can't I).
