The Official Belichick Post Press Conference Thread

This whole Deflategate is the absolute worst thing that could have possibly happened to the Seahawks. The Pats are now smelling blood. Just like the loss to KC was the absolute worst thing that could have happened to the Bengals (next to making a 1 round exit).

Pats will go out there on Sunday and will put up a 60 minutes of a **** YOU campaign of EPIC PROPORTIONS.

BANK ON IT!!!
Dont think it will have any bearing on the game. Seahawks are a good team and pats have wasted more time on this . Emotions can help but the other team is also going to be ready..its the superbowl

Best line is when peci swears in passing, and the judge asks him what he said... and peci is confused cause go him it's normal talk and is completely unaware of what he said.

The judge says he's gonna hold him in contempt and peci be like "what's ****ing new"

Bahaha awesome

I thought he said "There's a ****ing surprise."

But I may or may not have that movie close to memorized.

Ignoring the fact that some of these really despicable NFL (or self) centered media simply don't believe Belichick (calling someone a liar is pretty big damn deal in my book, but maybe I'm old fashioned)... they're completely ignoring the well-proven fact that a football with +/- 1.5 to 2 pounds barely noticeable, under perfectly controlled conditions (e.g., not out in the cold pouring rain with a stadium full of people facing an opponent determined to do physical harm to all ball carriers...)

So, what possible motive would there be to do this?
It's a pretty damn big deal in my book too. And almost everyone I've heard speak about this are clearly implying if not outright calling both BB and TB liars. I've lost respect for a lot of people (Ted Johnson for example)

Basically "WE"RE INNOCENT, You can bring in the FBI, CIA, Columbo, Perry Mason, Matlock, flip the entire stadium upside down, question every human being associated with the organization from Robert Kraft to the water boy, Good luck! Oh yeah and as far as Spygate, another sham, GFY"

And I don't give two craps if the league is happy or not. They can pound sand if they honestly expected us to just back while this overwhelms the team during the Super Bowl week. I mean, are you kidding me? If they look stupid because their own investigation is a bunch of keystone cops bumbling around that is on them.

Yes that's it.

In this case, Goodell is the judge and belechick is pesci

FU to all the other fans and reporters that call us Cheatriots and FU Greg Doyel. You are garbage just like your columns.

Eat it!!!!!

"The league not being happy" was directed towards Kraft's possible concerns over how the league would take this PC.

Belichick exposed that rule today as a complete sham. Way too many variables go into these measurements to take them seriously.

Should be interesting to see what the NFL does to fix it.

Man o Man....love this presser, one of the best by far. LAte to the party as I was at a party!!

Coach, we are obviously all behind you.

Love the attitude, LOVE it...

Big deal in my book too. I was pretty shocked to hear it come out of people's mouths. Them's fighting words. BB doesn't seem like he suffers fools to well. I think the media stepped on their **** on this one. I for one would have blacklist if I was any player, and it's scorched earth policy to anyone who ever questioned my integrity.

Dunno if this has been posted yet: http://www.headsmartlabs.com/#in-the-news

The PDF they've made available confirms the Patriots testing:

Thanks for posting this.

Surprise, surprise. When you set the balls to the league minimum PSI & then go outdoors in the cold, pouring rain and let a bunch of hyped up 200-250+ pound men throw, catch, carry, kick, spike and fall on the balls for a few hours, they deflate below league minimum. Lesson learned.

As said by BB multiple times now, just set the balls ABOVE 12.5 PSI if it's so important to be within that precious (meaningless?) window.

Also, don't F around and use non-calibrated pressure meters, Goodell! Shell out for the good ones, and keep them that way, you overpaid &^%$.

You forgot Ace Ventura, Inspector Cluseau and Frank Drebben.

That list is more representative of the capabilities of the current investigative team.

All Doyel has to say is he'll wait to see what the NFL says before believing BB. LOL.

Hey man, say what you want, but ace and frank got results.

Yup. if they're serious about this, and can grasp that the game is often played outdoors in varying weather conditions, they can have someone on the sidelines with a gauge and a pump.

Funny how much faith these writers have in the NFL's judgment after all else that's happened this year.
