If I had to keep the 1st-rounder, then I would've used it on either Joel Bitonio or Kony Ealy.
And I'm still not buying Seattle drafting Easley with their 1st-rounder; 2nd-rounder sounds more plausible, which is what Bill should've done.

When Bitonio started to shoot up the mock drafts at the very end, it unfortunately became pretty clear that we won't be able to draft him. It would have stung a bit if he would have been available in the second round and we would have taken Garappolo instead of him, so in a way I am happy that he went where he went.

I never liked Ealy, and think that he was even drafted to soon, he should have been a day 3 player. Hype over skill.

I never saw that 3 cone Ealy had, on tape. His anticipation and get off, both looked like trash to me.

Dominique Easley misses another practice…just sayin'...
