Sure, they could, but they probably won't. He hasn't done anything that would reasonably convince teams that already passed on him in the 6th round to decide now that they want him, without the benefit of a full TC to work with him.

I was puzzled at first. I was talking about Worthy, but I guess it applies equally to Justin, too.

Ah, sorry, my mistake. I thought Worthy was legit too, in part because they went out and got him (not just perusing the wire).
