Tebow next week

Edelman should be the spy. Tebow isnt bigger than Young of faster than Tomlinson

I don't know if the 41 yard line could be described as "field goal range". Prater is just a beast.

Gould made a 57 or 56 yarder earlier and it could have gone 7 or 8 more.. it's in Denver.

I can't help but laugh everytime I watch the Broncos at the end of games like that, I actually root for them!

Just to be safe I think we should aim to be up by 28 in the 4th quarter next week just to be sure.

The Patriots are my favorite team, but I'll be rooting for Tim Tebow.

Walking toward the light....embracing all that is right

So next week we'll finally find out who God loves more: TFB or... that other guy?

I think this will be very tough for the Pats. Pats have a bad Run-D and a bad Pass-D.

Then, you have a Kicker that can kick 60yd field goals. That's all Broncos do it is to keep it very close, and they win it at the end.

Pats Offense must put up lots of pts to really put it away for Tebow to get back in.

I just hope Chung & Spikes can play next week... I am tired of seeing those 15yd completions right in the middle of the Secondary (on 3rd downs!)...

Honestly, I don't see how we win this game next week. I don't know if it's luck or what, but the Tebow led Broncos just keep making plays when it matters. We need to be up by 30 in the 4th to keep the Tebow Magic from happening.

Easy, just build an insurmountable lead. :)

Tebow has been on a pretty nice run, beating the likes of Matt Moore, Carson Palmer, Matt Cassell, Mark Sanchez, the ghost of Philip Rivers, Christian Ponder, and Caleb Hanie.

But I think we might have an edge at QB...

Based on what we've seen from both Tebow and the Patriots defense:

3.500 yards in quarters 1-3

3,500 yards in the 4th quarter and overtime.

My hope:
Pats show up with a balanced offensive attack which uses a lot of clock time complimented by a solid defensive performance... Final Score, Pats: 24, Broncs: 13

My fear:
Pats passing attack is nullified by Broncos secondary and Tebow puts up career passing numbers which consequently opens up a latent running attack...Final score: Pats: 20, Broncs: 34

We should put Hernandez on defense. Tebow might get confused and think it's florida and shovel pass it to him.

I worry about Brady, not Tebow next week

I think Denver and Von Miller and Co. Have the type of players that can make life miserable for the Pats passing game, they are wicked fast off the edge and Brady may have problems.

Got a hunch that Gostkowski is going to play a role in winning or losing next week.
Marion Barber just rushed for 108 yards on the Broncos. Marion Barber.

What you guys need to know is that the Broncos usually play at the same skill level of the opposing team. That is why the games are always close.

I honestly do not see the broncos winning this game, which is fine with me as long as we win out after that.

Marion Barber just rushed for 108 yards on the Broncos. Marion Barber.

He also had 2 chances to end the game just by falling down.

Just another example of the microscopically thin line the Broncos have been walking:

- Miami goes for 2 at the beginning of the 4th quarter and fails. Loses in OT.
- Oakland reached the Denver side of the field 7 times...24 points + 3 picks.
- KC lost allowing the Broncos to rush 55 times, pass 8 times.
- Jets reached the Denver side of the field 7 times...13 points.
- SD missed 2 late FGs and lost in OT.
- Vikings got inside the Broncos 25 yard line 5 times...16 points.

The only team to be reasonably efficient and semi-intelligent on offense was the Lions...and they wiped out the Broncos in Denver. Brady already used up his annual suckage game in Buffalo so I don't expect Denver to get much help from the Pats offense next Sunday.

BTW...does the last name "Tebow" leave any ambiguity? Any particular reason why media folks seem intent to say "Timtebow" at every possible occasion? Even when a pronoun would be perfectly acceptable? It is like a bad SNL skit.

It will all depend on whether or not N.England can dictate their kind of game early. If so, life will be a lot harder for Tebow, and that's saying something considering how inadequate this defense is at times.

The DEN defense is the side of the ball that is keeping these games very close, not Tebow, although he has proven effective on many levels as a game manager of sorts.

At first I expected this game to be an easy 14-17 pt victory based on Belichick having his defense prepared to stay home, complete their tasks/jobs, and properly read the plays and execute their assignments. After seeing the defense for NE the past 2 weeks, I am now starting to wonder if this game won't be a lot closer than I originally thought.

The DEN defense is indeed very formidable on many levels, and will present many problems for Brady. They can rush the passer, and they are physical. It doesn't help that this game will be talked about all week, and that it's in Mile Hile where anyone in a 150 mile radius will be mega-pumped up.

If we can get out to an early lead of at least 14-17 points somehow, that will go a long way towards dictating Tebow's options and making him look like the middle school QB that he is. If not, this game can be a lot closer than many think, after all even Tebow completed 18 passes after the start of the 4th quarter this week. With the poor pass defense on this team, and middle of the road rush defense (I don't care about numbers, as they are skewed due to teams choosing to pass on us more) this game could be close in the 4th quarter, with the potential for a DEN upset.

I've always why teams don't fly into Denver a day early to get used to the altitude. Anybody who has been there knows what I'm talking about...

Having been on a bunch of hiking trips at Rocky Mountain National Park which is about an hour or so north of Denver, I think the altitude as far as Mile High goes is a little overrated. I live at sea level and whenever I go there I feel fine in Denver itself but it's when you get up into the mountains (10,000 feet and up) that it becomes really noticeable.

If anyone is affected by it it will be the bigger guys. That's why rotation is important especially on the DL. But, I've always thought our struggles in Denver have been more the result of weird games and just plain bad luck than the altitude. For most people being at 5,000 isn't that big of a deal. The plane they will go out there on will be pressurized to the equivalent of being at about 7,000 feet above sea level.

Find it interesting that some fans would base who they like based on religious preference.. if that was the case Jerrod Mayo would be their favorite Patriot.

Perhaps am old school but always believed that you do good works, not for public recognition or for TV ratings, but because it is expected.

Sooner or later a scheme will be developed to contain this phenom, and perhaps this is the week.. then the blueprint happens. QB's who try to be running backs, are oft injured.
