Never said he was. I said that he was the EXACT same height. Ty Law was no midget and neither is McCourty.
I'm just angry that BB didn't take Dez Bryant, Odrick, Kindle, or Hughes in the first round. All big needs that weren't addressed.

Who cares who people are in love with? If you listened to the fans on this board two years ago, the Pats totally blew the draft because they didn't trade up over the Jets to get a stud like Vernon Gholston and instead traded down and reached for Jarod Mayo.
None of us know how any of these draft picks will do. I guarantee you plenty of the picks that people will be touting across the country tonight will be busts and the ones that people are scratching their heads about will turn into Pro Bowlers.
Not a chance, I'll change my tune. Do you really thing he'll still be there? Really?
True, I wanted Kindle and while it's not likely, we still might get him.
However, looking at who's left, there's a lot better chance at getting a good pass rusher than a good corner.
I was expecting to go in the 4th Rd,
I wasn't a frequent poster then, but that's not my memory. Most thought Mayo was a good pick.
The Pats pick 12th tomorrow and have plenty of picks to move up. They have 12 more picks left on the board. No way do they use them all. They will definitely use picks to either move up or into next year's draft. They could very well move up to get Kindle tomorrow.
Devin McCourty, Cornerback, Rutgers
Not only is McCourty an elite cover cornerback, he may be the best special teams player in this draft. He blocked seven kicks and returned a kickoff for a touchdown in his career. He replaces Sheldon Brown.
3rd corner plays as many plays as NT, ILB, DE....Why would we draft a corner when we just locked up Bodden and have Butler? I can understand drafting a CB in the later rounds but was ANOTHER CB really the biggest need for this team?

he has them going to the eagles @24 so cant be that bad a deal

A) How likely is a WR to contribute as a rookie in our offense? BB clearly felt not much because he traded the slot that both were picked in. How likely is Dez Bryant to be the guy smart enough to pick up our offenseI'm just angry that BB didn't take Dez Bryant, Odrick, Kindle, or Hughes in the first round. And its been a sore thumb on this team for 5 years.
