Nice catch on Jonathan Kraft's statement
 
J. Kraft's quote indicates to me that the team is excited about picking in the top 10. This is a slightly different take than past quotes from his father, who regularly claimed that the sweetspot of the draft was in the twenties. I am now a bit more inclined to believe the team will make its pick at #7 than trade down.

To me the draft is a hand of poker.
For all the money involved at the top, picking at #7
is like betting on a come-card.

I always think back to Abdul the Rug Merchant's stall at the bazaar.
"Magic Carpets," his sign said.
"Some Fly. Some Don't."
