I live in PA and just sent a "get a life" e-mail to his office. Are people in NE contacting their senators??

Just to let you know, I think most of our NE senators suck too. Contacting them is a waste of time just like writing to Spector.

It would be wonderful if I were to wake up tomorrow and the entire nation would come to their senses, realize "spygate" isn't a big deal and move on. Sweet dream, ain't going to happen, but worth thinking about. Spygate is one big YAWN for me now. It's noise, and I just try to not give a shyt about these new articles.

Actually, it isn't a big deal. It's just become one in the eyes of the media which has fueled a national debate...about nothing.

I do think it is interesting that the Pats say that Walsh doesn't have a confidentiality agreement. Why is Walsh asking for indemity then? What does that say about his credibility and his motives? Was his initial intent just to shake down the media for some money?

I wish the media would stop focusing in on the Pats and start to look at all of Sepcter's shady connections including his connections with Comcast, his possible connections with Levy, and the fact that he has threaten antitrust hearings on three separate times to get his way in the NFL. First he threatened antitrust hearings unless the NFL voided a trade of TO so he could go to his favorite team, then he threatened antitrust hearings because he basically wanted the NFL to allow the NFL Sunday Ticket on cable (mainly Comcast), and now this time.

I think if the media looked at this objectively, this is the bigger story. Specter seems to be blatantly abusing his power and no one cares. A Senator out of control like this is far more serious to this country than whether the Pats filmed a walkthrough or not.

One of the many unsubstantiated rumors out there was that a former back up Patriots QB has told people that he was surprised how far to the edge the Pats bent the rules.

Unfortunately for Specter, Dan LeBatard claims it was Doug Flutie and it was that the Pats somehow figured out how to keep Brady's mike on for a few seconds longer for someone on the sidelines to give him the defensive formation.

Unfortunately for LeBatard, Flutie refuses even talk to him to entertain the ridiculousness.

He is not willing to take on the problems and issues that really matter to citizens of PA, so he goes on this self serving witch hunt.

He did say it...that teh destruction of the NFL tapes...was as important as the destruction of the CIA tapes that showed some one getting killed. If Walsh has tapes of the walk through, I suspect he did them on his

own. He will obviously lie and say someone within the Pats' organization,

probably Belichick, told him to do the taping. At this point the Pats

will sue him. The NFL doesn't want to pick up the tab for a liar.
