It's easy, and only takes a few moments. As you become a more seasoned fan, you will probably come to understand the "any given Sunday" concept. It's the Bills. If we can't beat a Rex Ryan team at home, then we probably don't deserve to win the super bowl this year.
I stated 4-0 before a single TC practice or preseason, and I have not wavered. NE is too good all around to ever have gone 1-3, 2-2, and they were definitely never going to go 0-4. I said that IF they lost a game, I saw the most likely one being Buffalo (never thought they'd lose to AZ). But after watching a few Buffalo games (not all three) and seeing that they're still the same undisciplined, underachieving bunch (especially on D), I'm not as afraid. As long as NE does not start turning the ball over left-and-right, they should be just fine.Be great if we beat Buffalo and the Jets lose to Seattle. 4-0 and three 1-3 teams and Brady coming back. I might have predicted at least it possible we could be 4-0 (though unlikely, 2-2 was my hope) but that all the others would also be 1-3, really nice.
You do realize the Pats barely beat the Bills twice last year WITH Tom Brady ?It's the Bills. If we can't beat a Rex Ryan team at home, then we probably don't deserve to win the super bowl this year.

Poor soul.I've been a fan for over two decades. I'm not interested in mediocrity.

Lost 31-0 to them in 2003 and won the Super Bowl......We lost to the Bills at home in 2014. We won the Super Bowl.
Of course we deserve to win the Super Bowl this year, whether we win this weekend or not! We don't have our starting QB (who was fraudulently taken away from us for 4 games) and our 2nd & 3rd stringers are banged up, to the point that nobody knows who's starting two days from now. Our 4th stringer (our best WR) might even have to put in some time at QB on Sunday. Despite all the crap the league threw at us, we are 3-0 going into this weekend. That is a miracle and we are most definitely SB contenders whether Sexy Rexy (who usually manages to give us a hard time at least once per season) gives us a game or not. It's the Bills. If we can't beat a Rex Ryan team at home, then we probably don't deserve to win the super bowl this year.
Respect. It has nothing to do with Brady (directly) or whether or not he's one game better than anyone. The team is very well put together and the whole is ALWAYS greater than the sum of it's parts. Brady is the GOAT and there is no denying that, but the team is 3-0 right now without him and has a VERY realistic chance of beating the Bills (a team in disarray, with an average at best QB, likely no Watkins and an underachieving D). What does that tell you? My assessment and the reason why I stated from the start that the team would be 4-0 was simply me judging the roster (at least the top of it) and the teams they'd be playing and had little to do with the absence of Brady, though he is obviously the biggest reason why almost everyone else was saying 1-3, 2-2 and even a few 0-4's. But the fact is Brady, for all his GREATNESS, is still only one man on a 53-man roster. Then, for you, Brady isn't even 1 game better than our quarterbacks who started their first game this season.
Barely? You do realize the Pats barely beat the Bills twice last year WITH Tom Brady ?
