It's easy, and only takes a few moments. They were worried about having their walk through filmed by drones, Waltham was out of rangeOK so their head coach and defensive coach are both very experienced with Gillette and the local traffic patterns. And they stayed in Waltham? And somehow this isn't entirely their fault?
Mike Tomlin would agreeAlways seems to happen in Foxborough, yeah I said it.
Understandable. Traffic jams have been known to create a significant gulf in coaching talent, preparedness, and player execution. I buy Houston's explanation and wholeheartedly believe they would have wiped the floor with New England had it not been for traffic.
NO!What's next? "My dog ate the playbook" ?
Dude, you pegged the needle!!!
The Pats have all the hotels there bugged.Don't away teams normally stay in providence?
Houston has worse traffic than Boston.
Report unsurprisingly has Houston among U.S. worst for traffic
That's exactly what I was thinking when I read this...Houston has worse traffic than Mass. Lame excuse.
I dunno. I've commuted in places like DC, NYC, Phoenix, Tampa, etc. I plan ahead. Maybe that's just the big difference between the Pats and the rest of the NFL; we have a sense of professionalism.
As per the new NFL rule, from now on the Patriots must transport Gillette Stadium to a location near the visiting teams hotel.
