He's been so negative lately with the patriots, like jesus stfu dude don turned into a chicken little

What has been even remotely untrue over the last month of the season regarding what he said?

Mike Petraglia@Trags

Rodney Harrison on OM&F: ‘[Patriots] don’t have the weapons. My concern is Tom [Brady] with the high ankle sprain’ http://ow.ly/WFM75

For whatever reason, Rodney's been doing a lot of barking lately and has the rabbit ears up. I have no issue with him being critical of the Pats but the Hasselback stuff and the issues with Josh Norman is catty.

I wonder if the network is asking him to be more jagged.

That one part and what is untrue is Brady not having weapons... Gronk, Edelman, Amendola don't exist?? Just cause we had some bad games doesnt mean its over. Let the patriots lose a game or two and fans act like its the 90s all over again

Early 90s or late 90s?

Early 90s I put myself in a medically-induced coma and was awoken once Tuna was hired.

Mid 90s I was just happy Tuna was here and was happy that there was just a ray of hope.

Late 90's I screamed at Pom Pom, Ernie Zampeze and Larry Keenan on Sundays and Bobby Grier in the off season.

amendola is at best 80%
Jules hasn't seen action in 8 weeks
and gronk is triple teamed on every play.

Tom has less then 2.6 second to throw the ball, and nobody else is stepping up.

All three are gimpy at best and options 1 and 3 have not exactly been killing it in option 2's absence. He could, and hopefully will be, wrong once the playoffs start and Brady may have enough options again. But he's not wrong in his current analysis of the Pats.

He's kind of becoming just another ESPN shill. Maybe he's got a bug up his butt about something else as it's only been the past month that he's been acting like this but time will tell...

Edelman has been out 2 months. He is not a weapon until he can actually play, and then play well.
Amendola has barely played in a month, and when we needed him to win the 1 seed could barely play.

I'm scratching my head at the "no weapons" comment he had today. Edelman will be back for the divisional game. So right there that's 4 of Brady's 5 targets (Gronk, Edelman, LaFell and Amendola) from last year's playoffs. White IMO is better than Vereen was at least from a receiving stand point. Not to mention last year they didn't have another WR like Martin who has proved he can make some plays.

Except hes not an ESPN shill, he works for NBC.

Weve lost 4 of the last 6, and looked horrible the last 2 weeks. Is injury a reason? Big time, but therew reason to be concerned.

Rodney's always been like this. He's just honest about his feelings towards the Patriots, it's not like he's always tearing them down even when they're in the middle of a 10 game winning streak. Besides, he knows the players thrive off **** like that. It almost helps. Hey, thanks Rodney!

@JMC00, yeah, Brady has some weapons... and will have more as you say, but when the defense is in the backfield IMMEDIATELY, he probably finds it slightly challenging to use them.

I hope any of the teams the Pats have to play expect a bunch of limping gimps to try and play and they take Rodney's advice and not be scared to play them....go ahead take a vacation come game week, Pats are done. Check out the their fan forum....even the fans are jumping ship.

The kicker can't kick all of sudden....the pass defense is Shiite. Stick le fork in them. Send 'em to Vegas with Johnny Football.

Like it. Believe! - 1 'n' done.

This is covered ground, but what the hell:

  1. Edelman's been on the shelf
  2. Amendola's been extremely limited due to injury
  3. Gronk has missed time and been dealing with injury
  4. The team has lost 4 of 6, which is more than "a game or two"

Many of us expect to see a much better team in two weeks, but you'd have to be a complete moron (or be privy to some tremendous practice footage) not to have some concerns at this point.

Yep. If anyone wonders what it looks like when a franchise hits rock-bottom...that was it.

For the last 20+ years its been a freaking blessing.

Now if the o-line can block and injured players can return to original form...
