Patriots Harrassed by NFL/Jets Over Bugging/Electronics Suspicions - Conflicting Reports

I heard Albert Breer on 98.5 that he knows that there is another team (who has been very successful) that teams suspect as much or even more than the Patriots. he said that they have employees at the visitor hotels on the payroll and that opposing teams leave dummy play sheets all over the hotel. Of course he wouldn't name the team in question, but he probably would have if it was the Pats.
How can a "correspondent" not share that information? Oh, wait, Breer is not one.

Wait.....so the declined the Pats request to do it, but than "more probable than not" did it at the Jets request??? Hmmmmm

We're in their heads. We must have a secret weapon they can't figure out. They're beat before they step onto the field.

But really, it's not a secret.

If a bunch of people are searching very hard in a small space for one thing, and nobody ever finds it, it's probably not there and has never been there.

Keep clicking those heels, haters and Rats. Kansas is real, damnit!

Why only the jets game ? Why not the other games ? And what did the NFL find. ? Can we have them say they found nothing?

Sing it with me!!!!

The Jets are already coming out and saying this isnt true so lets chill
chill seriously? its worse the NFL is involved. its not time to chill. unless you just want to stick your head in the ground.
If the NFL does sweep a visitor's locker room at the request of that team, then they have to do the same if the Patriots ask them to do it pre-emptively....thats just corp. law
well they aren't

we have for years conducted regular & random checks. we do not get into details of specific games.

Interesting that nugget of information didn't make it into ESPN's hit piece. 90 anonymous sources, including owners, GMs, and coaches, and none of them knew the league did regular and random bug checks in locker rooms. Or maybe they just left that little detail out.

Let's keep up.

It has already been categorically denied that it was at the Jets request (and the NFL confirmed that).

This means that it was done PROACTIVELY by the NFL.

Kensil is NOT (officially) a Jets employee. He is an NFL employee.

????

This thing boils my blood as a fan. I can only imagine how the players feel.

Quite sure the league leaked this out to keep the pats in the news -vely.

Thanks for posting that.

A key line, to me:

"It occurred as part of the “regular [and] random checks” that the NFL conducts at all stadiums."

This confirms that this wasn't just a Gillette Stadium only precaution. The league does this in Green Bay, in Dallas, in New Jersey, in Pittsburgh, etc. We know they have checked the Patriots last week and in years past and never found anything.

The questions that I'd like to see the league answer are: Have you ever found any listening devices? What team was it and what action did the league take against them?

This league is becoming more like Day of our Lives and less like the National Football League. We are so inside these teams heads it's incredible and I love every second of. While they're worrying about bugs we're going over audibles and coverage's.
