so who actually picked the dolphins to win the division? lololol

what a mess that franchise is. the Suh and Tannehill contracts are really going to hinder them from putting a contender together the next couple of seasons

Good move. He had to go and there was no use in waiting. That team was headed for 3-13, but they might be a frisky 6-10 now.

Please football gods....let there be a fire sale..... let there be a FIRE SALE..... LET THERE BE A FIRE SALE!!!!! :D:D:D:D

He always seemed like a genuinely nice guy. He'll get a job elsewhere... just not as a head coach. That team has been totally unmotivated and flat.

He'll just go back on tour with Cheap Trick.

People were so enamored with the Suh signing this offseason to notice that they really gutted this team in the offseason and replaced some of their better talent with substandard replacements (replaced Charles Clay with Jordan Cameron, replaced Mike Wallace with Kenny Stills). Even on this board when I brought it up, there were people who attacked me because the party line was that the Dolphins were getting rid of underperformers. In reality, they were getting rid of salary to afford Suh and Tannehill.

Geez.....the ink isn't even dry on all those "Hot Takes: Dolphins are going to unseat the Patriots" media predictions!

You forgot they were the trendy pick to go to the SB the last two years. I believe it was the fins and bills fighting it out for the division crown at the very least this year.

Word down in Miami is that Suh pouted and stomped his feet in disapproval.

The storyline going around this morning is that he wore regular sneakers instead of cleats to a padded practice because he hates Kevin Coyle's defense.

If that is the case, glad the Pats would never touch that guy unless they got him in similar fashion they got Albert Haynesworth where they could dump him at any time with no cap ramifications. Suh is a ticking timebomb.

Wasn't it Harvard? They just lost half their endowment.

I don't think they would take on that dumpster Fire however.

That was why I immediately questioned Mangini's intelligence. . . . why would anyone from the Patriots intentionally go to that dumpster fire of a franchise?

Can't wait to see who they hire when they finish playing games (since their season is already really over).

Suh is overrated and will eat their cap for the next few years. It was stupid. JJ Watt may be the best DT of the last ten years and even he can't impact Houston enough to stop them from being a mess. And Suh isn't near as good as Watt.
