Some young, scrappy practice squad guy picks off Tannehill. Tannehill gets upset and the coach tells the practice squad player to cut it out.

Some young, scrappy practice squad guy picks off Brady a lot during practice. The Patriots put him on the field for the most important play of the season and he makes one of the most amazing interceptions in Super Bowl history.

Which team got it right? :)

Before we jump all over Tannehill let's wait until we hear the whole story. Maybe he was joking. Maybe the PS squad guy was talking trash and went overboard. Who knows.

I do know that BSPN/NFL has no problem throwing idiot ex players along with SAS's of the world on the set to offer their illiterate or ignorant BS opinions. For example: Clown Carter stated that although he did not really know Philbin it was clear to him that he was not a 'coach of Men'. What??

That team seemed to be on their way to being relevant last year and they fell into the "we just need one more piece" trap. Philbin may or may not be a good coach but right now he is a victim of an organization over reaching.

Mediots love a dumpster fire and if it's not burning hot enough they'll add their own fuel.

Sources say Ryan Tannehill chops the head off baby goats and eats their entrails while Joe Philbin dances naked.

Sounds like an episode of Good Eats.

The story has been confirmed and not as a one time incident. Also, reports are that Philbin completely lost control of some practices, and that players we're literally begging the DC to make changes in the defensive game plan. Note that BOTH coordinator we're passed over in favor of the /TE coach/ for interim coach.
Sorry, we all hate ESPN, but this one is entirely on the Dolphins.

Thanks for getting me up to speed.

I truly thought that after last year they were on their way to becoming relevant. Now they are back to being bottom feeders trapped in Cap space hell. Wow.

Imagine the AFC East with both Rex and Mangini in it ... what a freaking zoo.

Mike Tannenbaum, the ex-Jets GM who is now the Dolphins’ executive vice president of football operations, will have a strong say in Steve Ross’ decision on Miami’s coach for 2016. Interim coach Dan Campbell has 12 games to prove he deserves the job.

If he can’t do it, then Eric Mangini becomes a viable candidate. Tannenbaum hired Mangini in 2006 as the Jets head coach at the same time he was promoted to GM. It wasn’t Tannenbaum’s decision to fire Mangini, now the 49ers defensive coordinator, after Brett Favre faded down the stretch in 2008 and the Jets missed the playoffs. The order came from Woody Johnson. A Tannenbaum-Mangini reunion makes sense
