Noticed this has been a request for a while and I've been looking for something that would be stable and safe to add and it appears that the one that I just put in place should fit the bill. :)

Just paste the link from the source (Tweets, Facebook statuses, Vines and many others etc.) and it should work.

This will be fantastic, thanks Ian. If there's a vine in a tweet, will linking to the tweet be sufficient to see the vine or will the link to the vine be needed?

No, the Tweet will have it, so that will work too

This is awesome, @Ian. Highly requested and now in place. Thanks!

Sorry if I'm being a bit thick, but if I look at someone's twitter page, it has a number of tweets. How do you select a particular tweet?

The link is usually the time and date - you should be able to copy and paste it from there :)

Looks like it starts playing automatically when you post the Tweet vs the Vine link where you have to click on it. Interesting...that may be annoying to some but I guess that's how Twitter works

Thanx again, Ian...you've spoiled us

Instagram also appears to work as well

Nice man! Thanks for this!
