Because the Giants are on at 1PM and Idaho wanted that game.

Giants at home at 1pm means NYC only gets the local game on Fox. No CBS 1pm game due to NFL TV rules on sold out local games being only one televised in that market at that time.

I'm actually disappointed to get the game in philly cos it means I won't get it on my tablet. I've OTA and the signal is weak in center city, still watchable.
