Dave Gardi blatantly lied to Kraft. Pulled ball pressures out of his ass to make the @Patriots look bad. @scottzolak

How could Vincent be both a witness and make a decision on the sanctions?

@nfldraftscout: The amount of misinformation floating around this whole Deflategate thing is astronomical.

Loving the non-local guys starting to speak up.

Of course people like Felger were going to poo poo Brady's testimony. To them Brady needs to provide some fantastic testimony w/new evidence to not be considered guilty. Brady did fine and there was really nothing incriminating in his testimony, which to them confirms guilt.

And such people won't bother with the other content in the transcript. Wells testimony was a disaster. I've only read up to that point, need a break.

MR. LEVY: Agreed. Five-minute break. 21 MR. KESSLER: One other thing on the 22 record -- 23 MR. LEVY: Is there anybody else? 24 MR. KESSLER: No, but one other thing on the 25 record, I would like the NFL to think about this: REDIRECT/WELLS/KESSLERPage 344 1 We have had this issue back and forth and we propose 2 that there not be confidentiality in this matter and 3 the NFL said they wanted confidentiality and we 4 agreed to something and it was there. 5 I would like to propose on behalf of the 6 Union that we can release this transcript of this 7 today. I would like the NFL to think about that. 8 That's our proposal. Despite that, I'm not talking 9 about any of the underlying things, but at least the 10 transcript. 11 I think there is a great public interest in 12 this and in the interest of transparency, that would 13 be something that we would like to see done. So I 14 will submit my proposal for the NFL to consider as 15 to whether that's possible or not. 16 MR. LEVY: Pending the agreement, the 17 transcript is confidential. 18 MR. NASH: Yes. 19 MR. KESSLER: Well, we already have that 20 agreement, which is why I have to make this 21 proposal -- 22 MR. NASH: Yes, we have that agreement. 23 MR. KESSLER: -- in order to see if the NFL 24 would agree to that. 25 MR. LEVY: Five minutes.

We now have incontrovertible proof that it was Brady and the NFLPA who wanted the transcript public, that it was the NFL who wanted it sealed forever, and that any reporting suggesting that Brady was attempting to keep the records sealed as part of a negotiation strategy is outright false. It's also interesting that Judge Berman basically parrots Kessler's assertion that sealing the transcripts is against public interest.

Love seeing Levy and Nash refusing to even address Kessler's eloquent point, and instead just outright dismissing and ignoring him, because they so desperately wanted to keep this hidden away from the public in order to prevent people from knowing the truth. Too bad a federal judge wasn't party to that agreement of confidentiality they're so keen to enforce.

Tom Brady -- while under oath -- gives an unequivocal denial of any wrongdoing in an alleged ball deflation scheme:

I don't see how Goodell keeps his job now. Brady fall out denied any wrong doing and this whole witch hunt is now falling apart!!!

Harbaugh is officially a liar, the whole Ravens organization lied, the Colts everything we thought from day one is actually true. The misinformation sent to the Pats by the league in official correspondence is very damming.

I hope Kraft is demanding his apology and draft picks

I dont think the natonal media reads it that way. NFL has them in their pocket.

The NFL flat out refused to ask Tom Brady the contents of his supposedly missing text messages:

23 Q. It says toward the end of that paragraph,

24 "The phone bills also show three text message

25 exchanges on February 7, 2015 between 8:21 p.m. and CROSS/BRADY/REISNERPage 112 1 8:33 p.m.," referring to text messages between you 2 and John Jastremski, correct?

3 A. Yes.

4 Q. And that period of February 7 is in that gap

5 period that the forensic examiner didn't have a

6 telephone for, right?

7 A. Right.

8 Q. So we don't know what the content of those

9 text messages were, right?

10 MR. KESSLER: Are you going to ask him? You

11 can ask him. He's right here.

12 Q. So you haven't been able to produce the

13 content of those text messages right?

14 A. No.

It's pretty clear....everyone lied.....the NFL, Wells, Indy, Baltimore, ESPN.......everyone except the player and organization accused of lying and cheating.
FIFA and the Boxing Federations have nothing on Goodell's NFL executioners.

I know Kessler got Sprewell out of trouble for choking his coach but damnit this guy is my hero regardless.

While I completely, totally agree with you, people lie under oath. All the time. I don't believe Brady's lying, in fact I'd be absolutely floored if he were...but he wouldn't be the first. Anyone with their minds made up that he was part of a deflation scheme will believe he's lying, simple as that.

I don't think it sends a strong message, him volunteering to testify under oath. It also sends a strong message that Kessler asked for the transcript to be released the day of the appeal, that the NFLPA/Brady wanted this released to the public and the NFL wanted it sealed. But in both cases people who have made up their minds won't care.
