Well Brady won't do a second interview, won't hand over his phone, won't cooperate...doesn't that at least bother you a little bit. If this was a criminal case I bet it would. I don't care about the science because human nature typically tells all, the things Brady didn't do are clear indicators.

I'm not disagreeing with your points only that those specific items don't address Brady's behavior specifically.

Is he under arrest? I wouldn't have done a first interview.

You continue to be willfully ignorant. Go bother someone else with that stupidity.

Copy paste...this statement is evidence.

Then we'd have something to discuss.

Where did Mr. Plow go????????????

what's next ... new member ... Rex Ryan's big toe?

So we're using facts now? So you would know deflategate is completely bogus then?

So considering the punishment the Patriots received for something "completely bogus", then what should the punishment be now that everyone knows the equipment guys were messing with balls against league rules with Brady's knowledge?

The evidence has been posted time after time. The text messages are evidence. McNally going to the bathroom is evidence. The report, with it's findings of fact, is evidence.

Again, you being willfully ignorant of what constitutes evidence, even after having a definition provided to you, is not the same as there being no evidence.

McNally says "don't worry... I'm not going to ESPN... Yet."

Now why would he threaten something like that if they were doing nothing illegal?

It is illegal to mess with balls after the refs give them to you. If you take illegal balls measuring 16 PSI given to you by the refs, and then you make the balls legal at 13 PSI, then that's illegal.

It kind of a job requirement to do what the NFL wants.

I'm not sure that's true. what would be the limit the league could make a free person to do?

Good for Brady ... probably more than a few very famous people's number in that phone who would not be happy if that got out.

The NFL only wanted information pertinent to the investigation, and even allowed Brady's attorneys the opportunity to sift out any information that wasn't relevant. It's his right to refuse, and that's what makes our country great, but it wasn't about leaked numbers from Mark Wahlberg, or naked pics of Giselle.

Well, it should be easy for you to post the most damning evidence then.

Read the report. We're done here. I'm tired of your willful ignorance.

Hey, the reality is what the reality is. This thread has plenty of people who said Brady lied, so you were wrong with that.

"Possible' was not argued against, but "Likely probable" is nonsensical.

Wells acknowledges issues with his evidence, so I'm not wrong there, either.

In short, you're arguing against facts, not opinions, so leave the snide crap out of it.

Sure, I should agree with everything you say. Got it.

Are you using the "If I don't break the law, I have nothing to fear" rule to determine guilt? Did you not read the report? Did you not see what happened in 2007. Did you miss what happened to the Saints.

This report was not based on anything but finding fault.

How did the balls lose pressure? Science or 2 guys with ball busting emails?

Did they lower pressure within environmental parameters by accident while sitting in a john for 90 seconds? Or was there another reason, like nature?

If they were cheating, why did they not lower the balls PSI at the Jets game, where all the emails came from?

So why are the Refs statements taken as truth and the Pats statements taken as lies? No bias there?

And finally, what difference does it even make with the ball. It's all the way it feels in a QB's hand. The science doesn't point to an increase in performance. But we are discounting the science.

F them all!!!!

what are the texts evidence of? 2 equipment guys wanting to screw brady? based on the context, much more likely than actual brady involvement with breaking rules.......

there is just as much evidence in the report that there was a sting in play as anything else

honestly, the report has absolutely nothing new....no smoking gun, no solid implication

in anything, the report distances BB from the fray

Yeah, we know, we beat you, so get in line.

Are you trying to say that all the leaks from what was going on should have been of no concern to Brady? The report has texts to someone's mother, for crying out loud.
