No doubt, but if you rewatch last year's AFC championship, particularly what Pot Roast was doing, you'll feel a lot better about what you saw tonight. Things are definitely going to be different now that we are finally stout in the middle.

Don't recall one time during the telecast that Simms/Nantz mentioned anything positive about the Pats, such as the Pats were better, Pat D better than expected, Pats D playing well, Brady is good, Pats favored to win the AFC, etc, etc. They were quite silent about the quality of the Pats team.

Simms was talking about the Patriots' physical play. Given his playing background, I took that as a straight-up compliment, not as a veiled suggestion that the refs weren't throwing enough flags.

I wish we had signed sanders!

I'm honestly happy we went with LaFell and gave him a chance. Sanders would ahve just added to the Pygmy Brigade we had to deal with last season. All that stuff Brady was saying in preseason about how nice it is to have a tall receiving option besides Gronk...it's showing up on paper now.

Sanders is a really really awesome WR, but he's not what we needed. Our GM made the right choice between the two WR's he was pursuing.

I was stating that a few of my associates who dislike the New England Patriots have put forth the claim that the claim that the broncos of Denver were only defeated due to cheating on the part of the New England Patriots. I therefore asked if any of the members of the media had attempted to find a way that Peyton and these Broncos of Denver had in fact won the game despite the score being in favor of the opposing team.

The only flaw in Tom terrific's game was his sudden impressions of Bledsoe over throwing passes in the flat. I love the way he evades the rush, something he does play after play. Played hard & left nothing on the field. I just hope he has something left for Gisele post game.

The Broncos ran the ball 17 times for 43 yards, two first downs, one TD. The Patriots ran the ball 25 times for 66 yards, three first downs.
