The two coincide, which is what a coincidence is (though, admittedly, the meaning often implies chance). Irony is a totally different animal altogether.
Funny thing is the moron did 2 jumps, got hurt on the 2nd onePro tip: If you weigh 300 pounds and play a position where there is little to no jumping involved, don't do running jumps where you are likely to land at a funny angle.
This is a myth. The ACL has nothing to do with that person's muscles. The ACL controls alignment at the knee joint which really sounds minor until you loose it. The ACL is really a wimpy little thing. People can work out and improve muscle strength, but not ACL strength. Thus is the NFL, you have strong people running at you full speed and you trying to resist them. Not unreasonable to think one of the weakest pieces will break.Fixed that for you. Not that I know for sure, but being weak at the knees is always quite suspect in my book.
Guy is d-Bag, I dont feel one bit sorry for him, I hate play by play celebrations for doing your job, oh please please pretty please notice me and pat me on the back...frigin idiot.
Agree that it was a poor decision....I know that what he did was dumb, but I can understand trying to get your team exciting about something on a day where everything went wrong. Poor decision, with a sad result.
I hope you both get an ACL tear. I mean wishing that on people is the new "in thing," right? Maybe if you have one, you will realize exactly what it entails. As a person that does ACL repair surgery 1-2 times a week and gets to see the overall work that person needs to put in to get back to 95-98% of their baseline, I can say you are a f****** moron.
Yes, that was a stupid thing to do for that guy, but he does not deserve this.

Yes, that literally makes my head explode.
Probably my biggest Grammar Nazi peeve is the misuse of "of", as in, "He should of caught that!" Holy crap does that drive me nuts!
He would of caught it if he'd been dominate! Discuss.

So torn about all of this. The real person inside me says we should never be happy someone gets injured.
But dear God...that celebration late in the 4th of a humiliating blow out when you sack the 2nd string QB?
If you are looking for proper use of grammar, your in the wrong place...
I don't want to see anyone get hurt, but it is karma making an idiot out of himself getting his first sack of the year in meaningless garbage time after Brady absolutely embarrassed his defense for most of the game.
