Why would Rob talk about this with his agent? I mean do players normally check in with their agents on a weekly basis to let them know how much they are going to play that week?

Rosenhaus has a vested interest in Rob's health and him returning this year. Gronk is one of his biggest clients. I bet Rosenhaus talks to Gronk on a regular basis. A lesser client, not so much,

Gronk playing sparingly, like only in the Red Zone, could still yield excellent results. That's how I'd like to see him used as long as all the receivers are healthy. Let Tim Wright run the seam patterns between the 20s, get yards and take the hits. Preserving Gronk for late in the season and the playoffs should be a deliberate strategy.

Cant wait for the game to start! It is my one year wedding anniversary today. My wife is very pregnant and doesn't want to move and stay in bed, so I get to relax, have a beer and watch the Pats game with my son! Hoping that if my wife does go into labor, it happens after the game

The good thing about South FL, you can have major thunderstorms for 10 minutes and be sunny the rest of the day. I have never seen a part of the country with such bizarre weather patterns. You can be sitting in the stadium and it can be pouring rain on you and the guy sitting next to you is bone dry in the sun.

Here is a link to local radar. The stadium is just below the M in Miramar (above Miami). Yesterday morning started calm down here in S Fla with the radar looking identical to today....then a sonic boom hit the area for hours (especially Broward and PB county)

Just fixing to go shave and wash up, and toss on my favorite Patriots T-shirt. I have some PBR & buttered popcorn for snackage, plus some kippers & cucumbers for a healthier "balance. Truth is, I just like kippers.

The weather report from Miami is calling for scattered showers, so I'm thinking that a healthy dose of Patriots power running may be in order. Brady, unlike some QB's has actually had a lot of success passing in wet weather, but using the running game and cycling the different backs through will allow the WR's to keep from getting gassed if we use the hurry up, but we'll see.

I am so excited about this game. As was said above, I'm like a kid on Christmas morning.

Also, as a side note, did anyone see Michael Robinson, FB for the Seahawks this morning, come out and say that NO team can compete with the Seahawks this year EXCEPT the Patriots? He literally said that he could not wait to see Browner in our defense. Mind you, this is a current player on another team praising us.

Michael Robinson the Fullback is not on the Seahawks roster or any other currently. I don't believe he was on the roster in training camp either.

Florio and Rosenhaus are business partners. Florio is usually spot on with Rosenhaus clients because Florio is Rosenhaus' mouth piece in the media. So anything related to Gronk is usually right. Gronk knows the game plan and that means that Rosenhaus probably does too.

An agent and his client would discuss how much the client would be playing first game back from a major injury. The actual game plan probably wouldn't be discussed.
