My guess is that Gronkowski, Dobson and Washington will all be active.

Dobson and Washington are my guess. Hope for Bolden, too.

Dobson, Washington & Gronkowski.

I think they would have wanted to wait until Tampa for Gronk but other injuries call for him coming back 10 days earlier.

I don't think it's worth risking the health of the Gronkowski for better odds to win a game at home against a bottom-3 team in the NFL in week 2. The Patriots defense needs to step up big-time. Brady is a magician, and hopefully he can find the endzone once or twice and get them into field goal range a few other times. The Jets have one of the worst offenses in the NFL- 20 points should be enough.

According to the media, near zero chance of Gronk, Amendola, and no Sudfeld.

Washington might be a surprise force in this game. Someone has to be a surprise force if we are to win.

I don't think Gronkowski will play until the Tampa game, no need to rush him. I'd expect Dobson, Washington and Bolden.

Dobson expects to play, per Twitter.

Washington is healthy, so I expect he'll play (and, BTW, the Pats had 3 DNPs among the 46, not counting Mallett).

As I posted yesterday somewhere, I would not be surprised if GRONK played part of the game.

Dobson, Washington and probably Bolden will. I doubt Gronk will. The Patriots would rather lose this game than risk him.

Obviously Edelman needs to have a big game but other people need to step up to. Hopefully Dobson has a good debut and Thompkins rebounds.

I think Washington has a good game. I think he has 50 yards in the air.

Dobson and Washington im not sure Dobson was all that hurt I think he was just IA wish the kid the best hope he has a good game

Dobson will definitely be back, as he himself said he expects to play.

Washington and Bolden probably will be in the line-up too.

Rob won't play this week. Tampa seems like the plan all along.

Gronk better not play...we don't need him to beat the jets. Dobson and Washington will play

How would Gronkowski play on a shortened week with no real practice?

Anything is obviously possible, but I'm just not seeing much chance.

He'd have almost 2 more weeks to prepare for TB, and 3 for ATL.

so what's worse......

drafting players of questionable morals or players that get hurt all the time?

Rushing Gronk back has turned out badly in the past.

I don't see it at all. The Jesters and Bucs are two of the worst teams in the NFL. Thomkins, edelman and Boyce should be good enough as long as they don't turn the ball over every two seconds.

getting Dobson back would be huge.

Good game for a vet like Washington, especially against the jests. Bolden could use to up his stock too.
