McElroy is a 2nd year player from Alabama. It looks like he will be the Jets starter from here on out for this season.

I don't like it.
Mark Sanchez was the best starting QB for the Jets.
As long as your goal is to watch the Jets play terrible football that is.
Sanchez is mentally soft. He's now been pulled for a 3rd stringer who can't hit mid-range outs. Even if he goes back in, he's all but finished in New York. Whether it's Tebow or McElroy, the precedent has been set and Sanchez' job isn't safe anymore.
And the QBs in this year's draft are lousy.
