what I take from this scrimmage...the depth competes hard..so far, every minute.

Holley needs a new pair of hands or else game speed is TOO fast for him...the scrub RB's have given the effort despite the lack of cohesive push up front..that is a plus that speaks to the kind of camp BB has run this season.

The negative...these refs...they are an abomination...if this is allowed to become the regular season work force, these games will be farces.Not having an agreement with the NFL refs to start the season is a HUGE blunder...a major, catastrophic mistake that will turn each week of the season into a Keystone Kops series. Unbelievable someone could be so short sighted ,impecunious, arrogant and plain stupid to not SEE that this is ridiculous.

I think all QB's throw bad balls on occasion especially guys with big arms who think they can beat the CB even when there is no separation.

Mallet played the game with receivers who won't be on the roster Friday evening.

He's thrown that same "pick" in 3 of the 4 games, and they haven't been because of the receivers.

Yup! And Rats fans will disparage the pick as more BB dumb luck, since there is no way he could have expected Ebner to be this good.
