Ian could you sticky this?? Thanks

And, does anyone from the Indy area know where the better parts of town are. Just a half decent area, nothing fancy. I'm booking my hotel room and dont want to come out Sunday morning to see my vehicle up on blocks.

Why doesnt everyone meet at TipTop Tavern?? JoeinIndy's Dad is the owner and a Pats fan. It will be a friendly environment. Miguel, might we see you there? At the very least, I owe you a drink for all your hard work on the Pats Cap.

TipTop Tavern
1341 Capitol Ave, 46202 zip (for those with GPS systems. FYI, just bought on and they are great)

I will try to get there. I will PM you my cell phone number.

I'll be there in the upper endzone cheering them on

Tickets will be very tight and extremely pricey.

I called a few ticket brokers in Indy and one said it was the toughest ticket he'd seen in his 20 years in Indy. They all agreed that it was a huge sellers market. They were selling $75 face value nosebleed tickets for $750 a pop. Ebay might be your best bet, but it's too late to mail the tix, so you'd have to trust the seller in Indy to come through for you when you get there.

But you'd better watch out for counterfeit tickets in Indy. Two brokers told me they are everywhere.

Imagine that, ticket brokers hyping ticket prices up before a game. Nosebleed seats for $750 a piece? Please. I called a broker my friend from Indianapolis directed me to and was quoted $350 for a Nosebleed. Stubhub ticket prices for nosebleeds start at $325. On ebay they've sold for under $300.

With over 150 listings for tickets on ebay and another 40+ on Stubhub still tickets don't seem that pricey or tight.

4 tickets for under $1000 - real tough to get

If you guys want to meet up at Tip Top Tavern that's perfectly fine by me.
I don't want people thinking I'm using this board to solicit business for my dad because quite honestly I don't have any interest in his finances... I just want to have some fun with Patriots fans.

This could be a lot of fun.

If you guys want to organize something email me at [email protected]

I'm in Indy on business and trying to get a ticket to the game. Let me know the name of the bar near the dome and I will stop in if I get a ticket. If I don't get one I'll be at a local bar with my Brady shirt on!

Are you planning on walking to the dome from 14th and Capital?---- Have fun up there, at least you will be out of the Colts Fan's way AND means more parking for us.......

I don't think anyone is planning on walking to the dome from the bar.
It could be done but it's quite a hike.

I'm simply trying to get some Patriots fans together. Of course the Colts fans are going to be there too, so it'll be fun.

We are leaving Jet Blue sat morn staying at the Crown plaza down town got 4 tickets in hand looking to find out where the rally's are going to be in the city and also looking to find out the team hotel if your out their look for the guy w/ the american flag fire helmet I'll be w/ the wife and another couple Go Pats Bring it on!!!

Going to be interesting to see how much CLASS NE fans really have-- been awhile since you been here (2003!) and we have seen fans come and go... this should be interesting

I don't think you can characterize an organizations fans by small cross sections... I'm fairly certain every time has their classy fans and their obnoxious fans. I know for certain the Colts do. What the Colts have more of than any organization I've ever known is fair weather fans. It's really unfortunate.

If the Patriots do win I guarantee you that you'll be hearing the "choke artist" crap out of a lot of mouths in Indianapolis. Far more here than in other cities.

It's sad... the Colts are a great team, they deserve more devoted fans. I've met some great Colts fans, but they're not too common.

Hey Joeinindy. Big Pats fan here from Fishers. Where is this place you guys are watching the game at??? Good to know there are others of us out there!!

Well I wasn't there in 2003 but will be this time. While I am a true Pats fan, I am also a football fan and welcome fans from the other team to Gillette all the time.

I think that junk about getting all over the fans of another team is foolish - while I do not embrace them, I appreciate their sacrifices to travel and back their team at away games - it does get costly.

that said I expect the worst and hope for the best

Are you one of the guys in the picture? Is this an ambush attempt?? :D

I will try and show up wherever the final meeting place is determined to be. Perhaps for the Consolation Game at 1?

I JUST SCORED TICKETS BABY!!!!:rocker:

Me and my buddy will be flying into Columbus sat night from Boston, staying there, and then driving in on Sunday!! Man you gotta love Jet Blue prices.

We'll probably need to meet up with some tailgaters. Anybody want to buy extra food and let us in on your party? We'll toss some cash your way.

I was there in '03 and I'll be there again this week!!!
