Think you've hit the nail on the head. He either looks "lights out" or stinks out the joint. Seems to be struggling to find a middle ground. When his running game was taken away he was forced to pass and it just wasn't happening.When he looks bad, he looks really bad.

He had that same problem here early in the 2008 season, but McDaniels coached him up to make him make quicker decisions. I think Weis may have checked out because of his new job and issues with Halley.
