T.O. says Revis is 'just an average corner'

Just an average corner to me.

Everybody has assessed his abilities as far as what he did last year, shutdown corner, this and that. He did very well last year. But I think I'm looking forward to the challenge, just like he's looking forward to the challenge.

No disrespect, he's only done one thing for one year. You talk about shut-down corners, you need to repeatedly do it, year in and year out. I think he did it one year and everybody made a lot of hoopla about it. I think, you know, he started feeling himself, then he wanted to come out and say that I'm a slouch.

I see Revis Island gettin' exposed. Now that hammy is really hurting.

I hope TO destroys him on Thanksgiving.

After having watched him more and more this season, it's a wonder how Revis isn't getting flagged left and right under the Polian rules. In this day in age in the NFL, I have never seen a cornerback that continuously mugs his receiver all the way down the field the way Revis does. And yes, I agree. I hope T.O. embarrasses him on Thanksgiving. I also hope the Bengals upset the Jets. One is a little more likely to happen than the other, but still, a guy can hope.

TO- quietly is having a spectacular year and hes physical enough to handle Revis

Ty Law was only outstanding in alternate years.

Injury can turn an outstanding corner into a merely good one.

I just watched Mike Mayock (NFLN) explain the deficiencies in Revis and co. on the Texans late comeback on Sunday. He found some glaring problems that allowed it.

Nothing would please me more than to see McCourty turn his Island into a lagoon in the near future.

I'm looking forward to the jets game.

Ahh. Let me clarify. I think DMc is having a better rookie year than Revis' rookie year.

I am not saying that DMc is having a better 2010 than Revis (although that can be debated) as hes been hampered with the bad wheel.

The bengals have to have been totally embarrassed after last years loss 2 weeks in a row to the Jets

First they sat all their starters to practically let the Jets in the playoffs and then they got beat down by the Jets in the playoffs a week later.

Think the team regrets that decision now?

It could be a revenge factor for the Bengals but they simply have looked bad this season.
