Re: Manning says best matchup to exploit Garcon Vs McCourty?

Would've thought Chung vs. Blair White.

I'm still trying to calm down...

I was freaking out when the Colts got the ball for there last drive of the game. Edelman's gotta be breathing a sigh of relief, his drop could of been critical...

I LOVE the taste of post game victory rum and coke! :D

EDIT-I understand there's disappointment in the D, but let's enjoy this victory for at least an hour before griping!

I think i will join you right after i hit enter fellow Maritimer!...:)

Still all flustered about this D. Bad game, good game, bad game.
Offense...lights out first half, bogging down second half.

Makes me want to pull my gd hair out...

Got scary at the end, but great play D! Now rest up a day, then it's on to Detroit!

Is TBC stupid? I do forgive him for his offsides in key situations but that move was just dumb. Someone did a similar thing in last game against Colts. I don't quite remember him, I think he was tight end or something and it wiped out our first down.

Could someone tell me if we won or lost? I can't tell.

Tom Brady's hair looked F'ING awesome in that post presser there folks....hair looked f'in awesome!

Re: Know who almost chocked and let the team down?

It wasn't the defense.

The offense.

It was their fault it came that close. They needed one last drive to put the game away and what did they do? A 3 and out and then one first down. They blew it and left the defense out to dry. They had no time to rest and Peyton had no time to get out of a rhythm.

That said our offense is clearly fantastic. I don't think our offense is suddenly terrible, in fact that were amazing all game. But they stumbled at the end and they can't do that. Belichick better make them pay in practice.

The offense is the unit that needs to be relied on. They are the better of the two units. They're failure will ultimately decide how far this team goes.

Just win baby.

I'm delighted, 8-2 and just beat the Colts, the second best team in football for the last decade, and most of you are disappointed? I don't get it. I don't care if the points gap is 1,3, or 33 points. A W is a W.

I hate when we play beat the clock with a whole qtr left

we would have lost for being so conservative in 4th........

I know its peyton but you cannot back off all the time

coaching is to blame for playing not to lose right?

Woodhead and BJGE, the undrafted duo, are very underrated. Fragile Fred isnt needed..

Re: Manning says best matchup to exploit Garcon Vs McCourty?

well then good job throwing a pick vs your best match up jughead

A wide open Colts receiver just ran past my house

Please place your post game comments on this thread.

thank you James Sanders and Cunningham. I thought the nightmare was going to continue. Great win, but I felt the Patriots played not to lose instead of playing to win in the last part of the 4th quarter.

It was the same exact thing I said after the San Diego game but I got crap because it was "a road game where we always have trouble" and we won. We won again this week but we can't keep playing like that late in games.

He also looked extremely gorgeous in the post presser also! The guy is just lovely!

yes belicheck called prevent for whole qtr I know the offense did not convert to help

but when are we going to learn

Re: Manning says best matchup to exploit Garcon Vs McCourty?

Why don't they match McCourty on the best receiver anyway? It seems to happen every week that Arrington is on the "#1 option."

People continue to confuse general negativity and criticism on these forums. Sure we just won the game, but there are certain things about the game that were distasteful. We aren't coaches, players, or team executives. We can look ahead as far as we want. We are allowed to be critical after a loss and after a win.

Ignoring the bad makes us good fans and pointing out the errors makes us poor fans? I for one am happy about the win, but looking forward I see issues that must be addressed for the team to have a better shot at winning it all.

Very relived with this win specially after the damn miracle the Jets pulled off!

Short week now for the Lions. Bring them on!
