The more people we have competing, the more likely it is we find a suitable player. And that's all we really need, with four solid starters at the other OL positions, we just need someone who's not a disaster at LG.
Without remembering that hard.
Was this the first official cut of camp? Because I had Farnham in the contest
the fact that the pats are still signing jag G's is not good news that means Dan Connolly, Eric Ghiaciuc, Ted Larsen, and Ryan Wendell, are not realy geting the job done
Greg Robinson-Randall, Kenyatta Mondatta, etc.
Could Stapleton be the first black guy on the Patriots offensive line?

And OhrnbergerI look at six OL spots being set and three being open. With Neal's injury history, Mankins out and Kaczur out, the field is wide open. The more competition the better! I would note that Bussey and Welch are also in the mix.
OFFENSIVE LINE
-------------------
OT Light, Vollmer, LeVoir
C Koppen
RG Neal (for how many games?????????)
RG/C backup Connolly
LG ??????
LG backup ??????
9th OL ??????
==================
sounds like an upgrade over kaczur.
He does.... Assuming he stays healthy. He got starting reps at a pretty high level anyway. I wouldn't hold 5 sacks against any G trying to protect Worthlessberger.... Geez, is there anyone that holds the ball as long as him?
d%#*!@t, hopefully Farnham will be back
And Ohrnberger
Didn't Bussey play a little guard in college? Box was always high on him (for whatever reason). With the depth at LT, I have to wonder if he's gotten any reps at guard.
Adding yet another guard would seem to lead to a natural tie-in with this other thread:
They replaced an injured player with a veteran player, Mankins has nothing to do with it and doesn't factor in yet if at all.
