Plus look at their schedule. OAK decides to show up and beat Philly so who knows about that one..But their last 3 in Dec are tough. 9-7 maybe?

You are also assuming they defeat both of the teams that just beat them back to back.BOLD indicates games that the JETS have a good shot at winning. But assuming they win another game I haven't marked (Jacksonville maybe) they's need to win 'em all to have 9 wins. 8-8 or 7-9 most likely, assuming Sanchez doesn't go into a shell.

Hard to say about Cinci. If they have something to play for in that game, it could be tight and if this team is going to steadily lose the war of attrition... I think the Jets might have to be happy with .500 football.

1.) Patriots
- Best in the division, and it shouldn't be all that close
2.) Jets (Unless the QB slot really, really blows)
- Defense should be solid, but the QB and WR positions..... not so much
3.) Dolphins
- Likely to take a step back because they weren't very good last year
4.) Bills
- Post concussion QB with a bad offensive line: we may all be playing Taps for Edwards' season early in the year
NFL.com Blogs Blog Archive Jets’ Jenkins out for season with knee injury
"NFL Network insider Michael Lombardi reports New York Jets NT Kris Jenkins will miss the rest of the season with a left knee injury."
Too bad, Jest. See you 11/22 in Foxboro.
I'm sure the Jets fans are laughing and celebrating the Kris Jenkins news. They think ACLs and season ending knee surgeries are funny...or at least those classless douchebags thought that last year.
