Obviously he was going to be cut.Number 1 I did not want to see him cut, and the way he came back from the stroke it was amazing... But sad to say he was not going to be a factor anymore... Glad to see he is leaving on his on terms... But its very sad, would have liked to see him get a chance for 1 more ring.. he deserved it....
I don't know about coaching staff—it's not nearly as easy a job as you might think—but I remember when Bru had his stroke, Robert Kraft basically said there was a front office-type job with Bru's name on it if he wanted it.
