10 games minimum, 5 for the fight and another 5 for throwing his helmet.

He's beloved and a hell of a player but he needs anger management...he will seriously hurt someone in the future. Charging the mound is part of the game, throwing a helmet in disgust at the pitcher is not.

It's on the Sox website...

He will get hit with a suspension for charging the mound after getting hit in the back and throwing his helmet at the pitcher.

No way. He'll probly get 6 then appeal and have it reduced to 5.

Not since he used a "weapon". Others got five to six games before reduction to three to five games for inciting a brawl but this one including him throwing his helmet at the pitcher...no less than about six games after appeal.

There have been players in the past who did the same exact thing as Youk and didn't get 10 games.
