Bill Belichick defines value differently than others – Erik Frenz – Frenz has an entry with some quotes from former Cleveland Browns general manager Phil Savage, who was a defensive assistant under Belichick in the mid nineties. He pointed out that Belichick projected players by their ability, not by what round they’d be selected in.
