At this time last year, New England Patriots rookie quarterback Mac Jones was the one in the spotlight as the team held its first open media sessions. 

Thanks to the first media availability by the team, fans finally got a glimpse of several New England Patriots rookies at OTAs on Monday.

The New England Patriots were back at work on Monday, with Bill Belichick holding a press conference prior to what was their first session open to the media so far this minicamp.

The schedule is out and it is brutal.   The Patriots have 5 Prime Time night games, probably the result of being a playoff team last year.

The NFL released the entire league schedule on Thursday night, which followed a day that saw numerous leaks and rumors on how things might play out.  By the time 8pm finally hit, the entire season was unveiled and we now know what the 2022 New England Patriots Regular Season Schedule looks like, and it’s not pretty.

While we’re still a ways away from the 2022 New England Patriots schedule being revealed, there have been various leaks that have come out that outlines how the season may shape up.

For 18 consecutive seasons, an Undrafted Free Agent (UDFA) has made the opening day roster of the Patriots.  Quinn Nordin, the only UDFA the Patriots signed last year, made the opening roster. 

Thursday’s news that the New England Patriots made a trade with the Las Vegas Raiders to end Jarrett Stidham’s time with the club will likely be just a footnote around the league, but it certainly caps off a tough run here for the former 4th-round pick.

Looking closer at New England Patriots rookie running back Pierre Strong Jr., it’s tough not to wonder how he’s going to factor into the mix by the time training camp is over.
