The New England Patriots lost their fourth game of the 2021 season this past Sunday against the Dallas Cowboys.

Although the Patriots battled hard all game against one of the best offensives in the NFL,  they couldn’t get the job done in overtime and fell to 2-4 on the season.

“Tough one to lose tonight,” Belichick told reporters during the prelude to his postgame press conference.

“Give Dallas credit,” Belichick said. “They’re a good team, well-coached. We just came up a little bit short. I thought we went toe-to-toe with them for 60 minutes. They just made a few more plays than we did. Let’s give them credit for that and move on.”

Despite the loss, the game was indeed entertaining from start to finish as rookie quarterback Mac Jones once again displayed high levels of confidence in himself gainst a veteran opponent. Late in the fourth quarter, Jones nearly was the hero after scoring a go-ahead touchdown pass just one drive after throwing an interception that was returned for a touchdown.

The Patriots media team released an all-new sideline sight and sounds video from the game over their YouTube channel you can check out below.
