The New England Patriots have had themselves a busy 24 hours in Foxborough.

Since the NFL Free Agency legal tampering period opened up at noon EST on Monday, Bill Belichick has acquired eight new players to fill a variety of needs across the roster. In addition, the Patriots also re-signed free agent defensive lineman Deatrich Wise.

With more than $60 million in cap space at their disposal, a league high, the Patriots front office went straight to work in an effort to improve a team that went 7-9 a year ago and missed the playoffs for the first time in over a decade.

For a full list of all the Patriots transactions thus far, Ian Logue has you covered with all the updated information and contract details.

NOTE: All reported deals won’t become become official until the new league year begins on March 17th at 4pm EST.

Meanwhile, members of the Patriots, both new and old, shared their reactions to the moves as they happened via social media.
